The tick over should be around 1000 rpm when the engine is warm, it sounds as though your engine tick-over setting is fine and would leave this setting you have. If the engine seems to stall increase the screw by 1/4 turn clockwise and run through the set-up procedure again.
You must remember you now have a highly tuned engine and the tick-over will not be so smooth as a standard engine, this is due to the larger valves and high lifting camshafts used. Your driving style will change a little as you get use to the car and it becomes a very driveable car with allot more power, not like some kits stating 150bhp and not delivering this.
