Hello Herbie (and all) yes it will be nice for you to join us, you will be more than welcome.

I have Speyer (the European Event of the Year) OK now, I need to start work on the Italian Job F style soon, so let's get going with Kempenrit 2007, the Day BeFore and getting them all back to Mechelen after the event.

I am aiming for 50 cars this year, more than you I think.

I will be bringing our cars over on Saturday morning and leaving again for the UK on Monday afternoon, before the evening traffic.

So, what can I do to help ?

Herbie, I have just received some very bad news direct from Hannelore at the Hotel Vé, they are fully booked, they expected the event to be later in August .

I told Hannelore that I would definitely book the whole hotel again for this year, unfortunately the date did not seem to fit in with her plans.

I now have quite a large problem, where to find hotel and food for 40 - 50 cars for two nights, does anybody have an idea ?.

Hannelore has just called me on the telephone, she has made a deal with the Best Western at €75 for a double and €65 for a single, she will send all of the details to me, so this looks like we will be staying there, it is about a 15 minute walk from the town centre.

I presume it is the hotel you have supplied the link for, the couple that run it can provide food as they have their own restaurant.

You can thank the New Zealand rowing team for taking the Vé for one whole month, I have told her we need to be quicker with the date for 2008 so we can stay at the Vé again and hopefully Maanrock next year.

How does this look ?

Ik veronderstel het het hotel is u de verbinding voor, het paar hebt geleverd die het kunnen voedsel lopen verstrekken aangezien zij hun eigen restaurant hebben. U kunt het roeiende team van Nieuw Zeeland voor het nemen van Vé één gehele maand danken, heb ik haar wij moet sneller met de datum voor 2008 verteld zijn zodat kunnen wij in Vé blijven opnieuw en hopelijk Maanrock volgend jaar.

Yes Herbie, nice indeed, it is a four star hotel too, I have written to them just now, I am on my way to work in ten minutes so I must get a move on and dig the car out of the garage.
Do you require a single or a double/twin might as well get our reservations on the list first, I suppose I had better tell Andie
