as I am just laying out the "week before drive", what time would you expect us to arrive at Windsor, as we would probably be coming in from Oxon on that day?

Not a clue yet Mykel as I don't know what time people want to arrive in the UK from their train or ferry. I'll pick them up en route and take them to the evening hotel.

I'm not sure of the start either, there's so much going on at the moment I haven't started planning yet, it won't take long once I start.

No worries, Adrian, from today's planning stage we could easily make it until 16.30 to the car park on King Edward VII Avenue. As you will be picking the rest up for the hotel check in, I guess this should fit in well.

Christine and i plan the year 2013, in april we make every year our own Awakening Tour 2013 (Spring wake up) in Germany, perhaps we would come later (the second Event) in the year, April is very early for us, but let us see, now we don´t can promise the Event.

Thanks for the update Klaus. There are still so many dates to sort out (I'm hoping the Tulip Rally from the MGCC Holland does not happen on the same weekend as we want to go on that next year), they will not give that date out until the end of the year so Kasper suggests.

The second run will depend on the first as the route should be the same as the first so, of course, you are welcome to come on either of the runs.
