still if you are a bit handy with the spanners you could still convert it and save yourself a fortune on an lhd car .

then ending up going to the Inspection or APK (nl one isnt it?) and them saying "hey wait this is a RHD car on paper?" ... no thx :p

I believe the car papers doesn't say whether it is LHD or RHD

It's not a one day job to do a conversion.
There is a lot of reasons why nobody has done it yet.
As i have both LHD and RHD I know what i'm saying.
Some points that are easily overlooked :
complete dashboard
carpets
locks on doors
mirrors
headlights
steering rack / steering column (one axle is different)
fusebox and cabling
master brake cilinder and servo
brake pipes
clutch pipes
wipers and wiper mechanism
just to mention some changes, this is not a comlete list
....

do you think you could put me in touch with him? if the car doesn,t sell for this ridiculously low price as rhd , I think I,ll have a go at converting it myself. I have had a good look at what it may entail and although it may not be a one day job , I am certainly not frightened by the prospect !! as to the comment over the paperwork stating the car is rhd, this is not the case. It is denoted as being rhd by a letter in the chassis number. Where this may present a problem to the purist classic car collector, it does not present a problem at the rdw.

I've been told a conversion has been done several times... although I don't know anybody who has succeeded.
Weusthof is selling all the parts as a kit, including or ex. the wiring loom. So if you are planning to do a conversion, it could be usefull to talk to Weusthof (ex-dealer in Holland).
