    Seat covers question

    door ppo » wo jan 14, 2009 6:02 pm

Do the seat covers from an MG-F Trophy fit over MG-TF seats ??
    Thanks.

    Cheers

yep, I'm almost sure, because they are both MKII seats. Same model !
But why should you do that. A Trophy is a fantastic F, but the interior isn't IMO that fanstastic, to be honest.

I only have cloth seat covers in my TF, and I could get some second-hand half leather ones from a Trophy. I only need to see if the leather is in a decent state. I could replace the cloth part with alcantara and put them in my TF.
By the way, I have already changed the middle console from my TF to an Mk1, because I hate the plastic gear stick surround in the Mk2 console. All in all, I prefer the Mk1 console. I suppose, that my TF is the only one with an MGF Mk1 center console. But then, I like to be different.

I must agree with the interchangebility of the seat covers. Respexct regarding the Mk1 console... and I could agree that a nice Mk1 console is as nice as a Mk2/TF console.
